The Trilhos da Nexebra Trail - TNT® event was born in late 2016 while we were preparing the schedule for the 50th Anniversary of the Lusitano Ginásio de Chão de Couce (LGCC). Partnering with the local Parish Council, the Municipality of Ansião, and Clawsport, the 1st edition took place on May 14, 2017, sponsored by Portuguese Olympic Athletics Champion Carlos Lopes.

The race, which has already seen more than 4,500 athletes participate, aims to promote the sport and physical activity, encourage healthy habits, publicize and value the natural and cultural heritage of the parish, and preserve the original layout of ancestral walls and paths that bring the history dormant through time to light, as well as to boost brands and partners.
